Caravan Hire Wales Terms & Conditions

• Should you wish to make a booking you will be bound by the terms and conditions stated on this website.
• The Caravan will be inspected, maintained and cleaned prior to your stay and again afterwards.
• If upon arrival you notice anything untoward you must contact us immediately to make us aware.
• By agreeing to these terms and conditions you accept full responsibility for any damages and/or breakages caused by you or accompanying guests and are agreeing to cover the cost of repair(s).

Bookings

• While we endeavour to keep the site updated as quickly as possible, bookings are accepted on a first come first served basis. Bookings are guaranteed when you receive the booking confirmation.
• All prices stated are in GBP (£) and are subject to change.
• The Price stated at the time of booking is the price you will pay.
• All bookings are subject to a 20% deposit, which will be taken off the final cost of the booking. Once a booking is received it will be provisionally held for 14 days until the deposit has been paid. Only when the deposit has been paid will the booking be guaranteed.
• Full payment is required at least 14 days before arrival date.
• Should the dates requested be less than 14 days away, we would expect the full payment as soon as possible.
• Please add a £50 Bond to the total cost of any booking. This is required with the payment and will be refunded after your stay should there be no damages.
• If possible the bond will be given back to you on the day of departure, if not it will be refunded in the form of a cheque sent to you within 14 days. (The 14 day period is to allow us time to inspect the Caravan and send the cheque back to you. However we will aim to get this done straight away).
• We accept payment via Bank Transfer, Cheque or Postal Order. Please contact to discuss.

Arrival / Departure

• On the day of arrival you may arrive any time after 2pm. You may arrive earlier in the day if there is no booking before you, but please contact us before hand to check.
• You are expected to vacate the caravan by 11am to allow time for inspection and cleaning for next booking.

Stay Durations (Standard)

• Short Break - Arrive Friday 2pm, Depart Monday 11am.
• 7 Nights - Arrive Saturday 2pm, Depart Following Saturday 11am.
• 14 Nights - Arrive Saturday 2pm, Depart Saturday (2 weeks later) 11am.

Stay Durations (Other Not Specified)

• The prices and dates in the "Prices" section are our standard bookings, if you want to make a booking that is not listed, just amend the dates in the booking form, a quote will be given for those dates.
• Short breaks which are not Friday to Monday are still bound by the short break prices.
• 7 night and 14 night breaks which are not Saturday to Saturday are still bound by the 7 night and 14 night prices.
• Lengths of stay that are not "Short, 7 night or 14 night" are bound by the daily rate or the closest rate and then daily rate. i.e. 5 night break will be a short break then two nights at the daily rate.

Cancellations / Amendments

• We reserve the right to cancel or amend any booking at any time.
• Any cancellation we invoke will result in a full refund.
• Any amendment we invoke will result in a full refund if it involves a change of dates that is not acceptable to you.
• If you need to make any amendments to your booking please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accomodate this.
• Should you wish to cancel any booking this will result in the loss of your deposit, unless you use it as credit towards another booking. If full payment has been made, that will be refunded minus the deposit.

Offers

• All Offers stated can be subject to change.
• Only one offer permitted per booking.

Booking Restrictions

• Unfortunately due to site restrictions beyond our control we are unable to accept all male / female group bookings.
• STRICTLY No Smoking inside the caravan.
• No Pets
• Only one vehicle is permitted to park at the plot in the bay provided. We would kindly request that any additional vehicles and/or Large vehicles be parked in the car park provided. (Near the site entrance).
• ALL GUESTS ARE ALSO BOUND BY THE SITE RULES WHICH WILL BE PRESENT IN THE CARAVAN UPON ARRIVAL.

Inside the Caravan

Please note that bed linen will be provided aswell as spare bedding for those staying for longer durations. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and utensils needed. There is also a vacuum cleaner.

Gas and Electric is also included in the cost of any booking.

The following items will not be provided so please make sure you bring them with you.

• Cleaning Products. i.e. Washing-Up liquid, dishcloths, tea-towels etc.
